The team operates on a profit-share model: every practitioner earns a share of what the studio earns, not just an hourly rate. That means everyone has a stake in the project and is incentivized to work efficiently and
Russell Pier is the founder and principal. He designs the architecture, leads every engagement, and remains the single point of accountability for every client. His decade background spans the full stack — web development, web apps, mobile apps native and cross-platform, desktop applications, rea ltime systems — and he works exclusively with owner-led businesses and mission-driven organizations.
